As a JOC service provider for the University of Houston, LMC was tasked to renovate a pre-existing office space into a faculty break room. The project consisted of the installation of an appliance package, plumbing, saw cut and boring, concrete patch and repair, electrical, lighting, millwork, interior finishes, framing and drywall, door schedule, glass partition wall system, exterior wall furring and green board.
