LMC typically self-performs 50%-80% of the work we do, which means we have crews on notice and available at all times for our J.O.C. customers. We can generally be onsite performing an immediate-need project within hours of receiving the call for service.There is no minimum project size for our J.O.C. customers. We can plan and execute jobs from $100 to $10 million. We are happy to hang a door in your facility or build the facility the door will hang in.

Job Order Contracting (J.O.C.) is a project delivery method, as defined by the Texas Government Code Sec. 2269.401, that enables organizations to service numerous, commonly encountered construction projects quickly and easily. Through Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (I.D.I.Q.) or multi-year umbrella contracts J.O.C. reduces cost and time delays in engineering, design and procurement by agreeing to a fixed unit price book such as RSMeans or Gordian EZIQC.
