Jerry R. Lee
President of LMC Corporation
As President of LMC Corporation Mr. Lee has been adamant about retaining the company’s core values of Quality, Integrity and Workmanship. Under Jerry’s leadership and adherence to these values LMC has grown from a local general contractor to a statewide organization with an ever growing client base. Mr. Lee is a U.S. Veteran and a member of the Cherokee Nation.

James D. Lee
Co-Founder of LMC Corporation
James D. “Jim” Lee is tasked with the financial oversight of LMC Corporation and its operational management. Mr. Lee provides LMC with over 40 years of business experience in the fields of construction, real estate, waste management, energy, and healthcare. Mr. Lee is a U.S. Veteran, alumnus of the University of Oklahoma and a member of the Cherokee Nation.

ED Wauters
Vice-President of LMC Corporation Construction and Operations
As Vice President of Construction and Operations, Mr. Wauters manages all LMC Houston operations and oversees company construction. With over 45 years of experience, Ed’s working knowledge of the building process ensures the quality workmanship with which LMC prides itself. Mr. Wauters is eGordian, RSMeans certified and as an expert in the use of the Job Order Contract (J.O.C.) system Ed and has overseen thousands of LMC projects.

Zring Kareem
Director of Construction at LMC Corporation
South / West / Central Texas Regions
Mr. Kareem manages all LMC operations in San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas. Zring is eGordian and RS Means Certified and his organizational approach to management stems from his service as a 1st Lieutenant Engineer Officer in the US Army. Mr. Kareem joined LMC in 2013 and was quickly promoted from Estimator to Project Manager and now to Director of Construction. Mr. Kareem holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
