The Annex 25 Chapman Courthouse renovation and remodel included the replacement of all existing public seating, tables, jury seating, flooring, lighting, judges bench and attorney’s tables. LMC installed wainscoting at all walls with accent trim, new flooring and paint throughout, and re-lamination of existing doors to match the new courtroom finishes.
