LMC is capable of operating in security sensitive environments and was awarded the renovation of the YMAC Correctional Facility in north Harris County. The project consisted of the remodel of 7 dorms and showers, 2 rec rooms, classrooms and admin offices. The project required insulation installation, mold remediation, clean and seal concrete and VCT tile flooring, patch and paint, stucco wall finish to the interior of all 7 dorms (5000 sq ft each), removal of existing stainless steel showers and installation of a CMU block.

On the compound grounds, LMC provided siding, new concrete walk ways, an under ground fire sprinkler line, a regrade and hydroseed of the entire site, the demo of an existing guard tower and the installation of new LED lighting throughout the campus (300 plus fixtures).
